Robert Weiss

Dr. Robert Weiss, FUMC’s Director of Music Ministries, is a retired music professor from SIUC, an active trombonist, and a staple at First Church. He has been a part of the First family for over 40 years, and in that time, he has built an extraordinary music program that truly sets First apart. Bob conducts the sanctuary choir, which rehearses at 7 pm on Thursdays, and other special vocal and instrumental ensembles.
